Sound familiar?
The real business runs on WhatsApp.
Your ERP becomes an archive of what has already happened. The real work goes through voice notes, Excel sheets and phone calls.
- The company's real data lives in ten different Excel files.
- You copy from WhatsApp to Excel, from Excel to the ERP, from the ERP to an email for your accountant.
- Only one person knows how to use the ERP. When they're off, everything stops.
- You ask the software vendor for a change: a five-figure quote and three months to deliver.
- You find out the real cost of a batch or a job at the end of the month. Meanwhile, you quote on an estimated margin.
The old ERP is a system your business has to learn. ACQ is a system that learns your business.
iERP · one app
Not an ERP on the phone.
The phone instead of the ERP.
And in place of the CRM, the warehouse terminal, the production sheets, the time-clock reports, the badge, the cash-flow spreadsheet and the department WhatsApp groups. It stays one app with five places, the same for the owner and for the newest hire.
- TodayThe day's decisions. Five at most.
- CompanyThe living map of your rooms.
- iOAsk, speak to someone, change the structure.
- MoneyThe company's cash, or “Mine”.
- MoreWhat you see, what you don't, what you sign.
Same five places.
A lens for each role.
The lens decides what's inside each place, never which places exist. Put two phones side by side: the five words at the bottom match.

The night shift
While you sleep, ACQ prepares the day.
At 7am the briefing is on your phone: what happened, what ACQ has already sorted, and which decisions are left to you.
Some of last night's 30 tasks
- 22:41 6 bank transactions reconciled
- 01:12 Wrenfield Labs reports a delay: production plan recalculated
- 03:20 Hollin Ridge Eggs certificate expiring: renewal request ready to send
- 05:48 2 delivery notes ready for today's shipments
- 06:30 3 gentle reminders to customers, with the autonomy given in July
- 07:00 Briefing ready. First decision: “Reorder 00 flour”.
Demo company: Larkworth Pasta. Times and figures are examples.
The principle
Approve. Don't type.
ACQ prepares orders, documents and transactions from what happens in your business. You check and confirm. The decisions that matter always go through a person.
- 01 ACQ prepares It starts from a photo, a voice note, a delivery note or a barcode. Orders, documents and transactions arrive already filled in.
- 02 You decide Approve, correct or reject with one tap. Every proposal says how reliable it is.
- 03 ACQ learns Every confirmation makes the next proposal more accurate.

Approved. Order sent.
Reorder 00 flour · 1,200 kg · €480
The Log records who prepared it, who approved it and when. Your next decision is waiting in Today.
Rejected. No order sent.
ACQ will take your choice into account in its next proposal.
Autonomy is your call.
At first, ACQ prepares and asks for confirmation. Once you trust it, you let it handle one task at a time on its own, and you can take it back whenever you like.
Never delegated, whatever the settings
iO · the assistant
Ask or order.
Type, speak or take a photo. iO understands what you need, prepares the task and asks you to confirm. You don't need to know where a feature is, just what you want to get done.

Examples from a demo company
Phone and desk
The phone is the hands.
The desk is the mind.
People doing the work do it all from the phone, even with their hands full: they decide, sign and report by voice. The desk is a complete app that reads everything and drills down to the data. And it does what a phone doesn't do well: it creates a product from a sentence, follows the budget, costs and margin of every product, and with the Launcher it changes ACQ itself.

- The hands
The phone is for doing.
You approve, you talk to the people who need to know, you sign with SPID, CIE or the American equivalent. Even a contract between two people or two companies. Its fingerprint goes from the ACQ network to Soneium, the Ethereum layer 2 born at Sony. Not even we can delete it.
- The mind
The desk is for understanding.
Every tile and every cell opens down to the single event, with who did it and when. Warehouse, job sites, shops, workshop: down to the last line.
- The product
Born from a sentence, with its own accounts.
A voice note becomes a draft: data sheet, bill of materials, suppliers, the test still to run, estimated cost, expected price and margin. In the Lab every project has a budget, spend, hours and a cost register.
- The Launcher
A system for building your own.
Roles and lenses, look and names, processes, Liquid Schema, integrations: you say it, iO shows the difference, you approve. Every change has a version and can be revoked.
The desk puts in and manages the whole company. It doesn't sign or pay. When it's your turn, it hands you the phone.
Atomic drill-down
From the margin to the bag of flour. In four clicks.
It's the principle of the Bloomberg terminal: from the index you go down to the stock, from the stock to the single trade, with price, quantity and exact time. On the desk every number is made of atomic events, single and indivisible actions: a withdrawal, a delivery, a signature. You click the number and go down, level after level, to the event: who, what, when and from where.
Every event is certified twice
- On ACQ, instantly. When it's created, the event gets its seal and never changes from there. If it needs correcting, an adjustment is added, and both stay visible.
- On Soneium, every minute. The fingerprint of the events in that minute is written to Soneium, a public blockchain. Only the fingerprint goes there, never your data, and it is enough to show that nothing has changed since.
Production and services
Every business. One engine.
Ready-made packages for the way your sector works, on the same app and with the same data. Not finding yours? With the Launcher, ACQ takes the shape of your business.

Connections
The machines and software you already have connect to ACQ.
You don't replace anything: you connect. What happens on the shop floor, in the online shop and in the CRM reaches the ERP as it happens.
Machines. Pieces, times and stoppages from the shop floor, without changing the plant.
E-commerce. Online orders come in like counter sales: they draw down stock and prepare shipping and invoicing.
Salesforce. Sales stays where it works: customers, quotes and orders move into ACQ without copying anything.
Custom, with iO. Missing a connection? Describe it to iO or hand it to your integrator: it is written inside ACQ, with iO alongside. It goes live only when you approve, and every version can be revoked.

Already have a big ERP? ACQ Intelligence works alongside it, read-only, without stopping anything. Find out how
ACQ Intelligence · 150 people and up
Your ERP knows what happened. Your people know why.
For companies that already run SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or Sage and don't want to change. ACQ Intelligence works alongside it, read-only: it turns what the ERP records into answers and alerts, and asks the person responsible to confirm.
Intelligence puts them in the same room.
Today's questions
Why did line 3's margin drop in September?
From 31% to 26%. The ERP data shows two causes: the main supplier's price for durum wheat semolina, up 9% since August, and 14 hours of downtime on dough mixer 2.
Medium confidence · the line's energy use is missingWho's responsible
SSarah · purchasing“I can confirm the price: renegotiation is under way.”
TTom · production“The downtime was the die change, already sorted.”
How much cash will we have at the end of November?
About €1.8 million in the base case. The big factors are two large receipts on 60-day terms and the month-end loan instalment.
High confidence on receipts, medium on variable costsWho's responsible
HHannah · treasury“The second receipt is slipping by 15 days: I've noted it.”
Have any invoices been paid twice?
Two, totalling €18,400: same supplier, same amount, three days apart. Suggestion: ask for a credit note.
High confidenceWho's responsible
BBen · accounts“Confirmed, I've already written to the supplier.”
Source: your ERP, read overnight · no data written
- Works alongside, doesn't replace.
It reads the ERP you already have, read-only. No data rewritten, no replacement project.
- Answers in your language.
Decision-makers ask questions as they would ask a colleague and get answers from the data, with the confidence level stated.
- People complete the data.
The person responsible confirms or corrects each answer. You keep a record of why things were decided that way.
- Your supply chain joins without touching the ERP.
Suppliers receive orders in the Hub and reply from their browser. Their replies come back to you with nothing to retype.
Connection to your ERP subject to a technical check and a data agreement. Illustrative example.

Your HACCP plan, working every day

Labels
Only what you've approved goes on the label
The 14 allergens, fibre composition, care instructions: details you can't afford to get wrong. ACQ proposes them, a person approves them separately and, until they do, the label doesn't go out.
Food and drink · Fashion and textiles
ACQ keeps things in order. It doesn't certify. The HACCP plan stays with your consultant; waste classification and signatures stay with you. ACQ puts the rules you already have into practice every day and keeps the evidence, ready when you need it.
Carbon footprint · every month
The green transition is done with numbers. ACQ already has them.
Energy bills, fuel, purchases, machine consumption, waste: your company's CO₂ is already written in the data ACQ reads every day. That's why it's the ideal tool to actually do it, one month at a time.
Measure. Every month, your CO₂ statement, line by line. It arrives on its own, with no questionnaires.
Reduce. ACQ gives you sustainable management advice, starting from the lines that weigh most.
Offset. The rest you offset in ACQ with verified credits, retired in your name. How much, you decide.

Built from what you already have
Energy bills, purchase invoices, fuel cards, machine data, waste transfer notes: ACQ reads them while you work. Nothing to copy out.
Energy · Fuel · Purchases · WasteEvery number says where it comes from
Measured at the meter, read from the bill or estimated from invoices: every line shows its source. When a figure is missing, the statement says so instead of filling the gap.
Measured · From documents · EstimatedCut first, then offset
ACQ flags the lines worth cutting: a gas leak, a machine running idle, a delivery round that's too long. The cheapest tonne is the one you never emit.
Every kWh you save shows up on the bill too.Ready for whoever asks
Customers and banks ask for CO₂ figures more and more often. You send a link to the statement: you decide what it shows and for how long.
Customers · Banks · Tenders
No “zero impact” claims. ACQ measures, documents and lets you choose: it doesn't declare you neutral and it doesn't certify credits. You offset with credits from projects verified by independent bodies, retired in your name, with the serial number in the Log. What you offset stays a contribution, in black and white.

What your supplier sees
One link, one order, two taps.
Your supplier gets an email or a message, opens the order in their browser and replies. No app to install, no account to create first. It's free for them.
- Gets the linkBy email or WhatsApp, linked to a real order.
- Opens the orderWith their item codes next to yours, and the drawing to look at.
- Confirms or suggestsA different date, in two taps. You see it straight away, with nothing to retype.
The drawing stays yours. Your supplier views it with their company's watermark and never receives the file, and you can see how many times their company has opened it.
Lab · R&D and know-how
Know-how doesn't retire.
Recipes, spec sheets, drawings, samples. They often live in a ring binder or in the head of whoever makes them, and when that person leaves, they go too. In the Lab they stay in the business: organised, up to date, right there on your phone.
- Upload it or talk it through. Upload the files you already have, even a photo of the notebook. Or talk through the recipe as you work: ACQ puts it in order, you approve.
- On the shop floor, always the latest version. Everyone reads the approved sheet on their phone. Earlier versions are kept, with who approved them and when.
- From spec sheet to production. When the product is ready, the sheet becomes a bill of materials and a routing, with nothing to retype.
- Research and development, all in one place. Trials, samples, photos and documents for every development project, always up to date and right there on your phone. Anyone who joins the project sees straight away where you've got to.

Trust
Five rules. No exceptions.
-
A person decides.
The AI prepares and proposes. Payments, prices and safety always need a human to confirm.
-
It tells you how sure it is.
Every proposal shows its confidence level. When the data isn't enough, it says so.
-
Everything leaves a trail.
The Log shows who prepared what, who approved it and when.
-
Your data stays yours.
Hosted in Europe. Each company decides who sees what.

No scorecards.
ACQ doesn't give scores or rankings to companies or people. Ever.
ACQ's patents
The what, you can see here. The how, we explain in person.
We're preparing five patent families covering ACQ's engine. That's why this page explains what ACQ does and leaves out how it works. We present the architecture to industrial partners and investors in a confidential meeting, under a non-disclosure agreement.
Request a confidential meetingThe Luminous Economy · where we're heading
Every business is a window. Together they light up the city.
Today the real economy is a city almost in the dark: full of life, but invisible to itself. Every business that joins ACQ lights its window. Nobody sees inside each other's homes, but everyone sees the city.
We don't plan the market. We light it up.
Whoever is behind a window stays hidden. If both companies say yes, their identities are revealed and they talk directly.
The creative bridge
A design born in Italy, German and Japanese components, assembly in China. ACQ coordinates the project without exposing anyone: each business sees only what it needs to do its part, and no middleman gets in the way.
From creation to production, without hand-offs that add cost.Intellectual property at work
Patents, trade marks and licences, but also the know-how gathered in ACQ. You can use other people's patents or license your know-how, for example to a Japanese company. The relationship starts and lives inside ACQ, on the creator's terms.
Whoever uses an idea plays by the rules of whoever had it.Your company in a link
You send your bank or investor a link. You decide what to show; the link expires and you can revoke it whenever you like. They can read but not change anything, and you see every question they ask.
Instead of year-old accounts, data on how you work today. An orchestrator that doesn't give orders
It sees spare capacity and unmet demand without knowing or revealing who's behind them. It suggests the match; people decide. No one sees anyone else's prices and no one gets a score.
Proposes, doesn't impose.
